Experience:
We have extensive experience modifying notable mid-century modern & local avantguard architects work. We take great care working with the bones of these homes, to honor, highlight & preserve history. It’s important in a place like Arizona with a relatively new development pattern.
We also have experience with new construction on hill sides, environmentally sensitive land overlays & areas in which new construction is shocking to some of the neighbors. We work towards a new style of design in the desert, one that takes in account the place in which we live. To have minimal ornamentation, deep overhangs & to create a private desert villa.
Our office coordinates all consultants, surveyors, civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical & plumbing engineers for your project.
