The New Darlings custom home

New custom home design on a hillside desert lot. Positioning the house was important to create a spacious entry court to take advantage of panoramic hillside views. The creative positioning of the home also allowed for a maximized yard and pool area on a otherwise small builder lot. The house itself was designed to have creative nooks & very powerful, expressive southwestern architectural moments.
